Nah, pretty sure you can't return opened products for health reasons. Most places are like that with supplements.

I've used both. Alea Herbs feels a bit more artisanal, if that makes sense? Holistic is good too, but Alea's liquid extracts feel more potent to me. Just my personal take though.

Holistic is more widely available I think, but Alea's quality is really high. Especially for the tinctures. I prefer Alea for specific extracts because they're focused on that.

I think a lot of them are, yeah. They mention it in the FAQs, like they focus on organic quality. If it doesn't say it explicitly on the product, it might not be certified, but their general philosophy is organic.

Each product usually has its own specific instructions but generally it's like 1-2 ml daily, which is a dropper or two. I check the bottle when it arrives.

They usually have dosing info on the product label itself. But for most of the extracts I've gotten, it's pretty standard, like a dropper once or twice a day. Depends on the herb, of course.
